Long Island Expressway:

Traveling East: Get off at Exit 61. Go to the traffic light (Patchogue Holbrook Road) and make a right turn. Make the next right turn onto Smith Avenue. Make the next right turn onto Union Avenue and proceed 1 ½ blocks. The hospital is on the right.

Traveling West: Get off at Exit 61. Go to the traffic light (Patchogue Holbrook Road) and make a left turn. Go over the Expressway, and just past the Exxon station, make the next right turn onto Smith Avenue. Make the next right turn onto Union Avenue and proceed 1 ½ blocks. The hospital is on the right.
